We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Associate to join our commercial real estate brokerage team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable with outreach, and eager to build relationships with property owners, investors, and business clients. You will support deal generation, lead development, and client engagement while working closely with senior brokers. Must be US based. NO international candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Research, identify, and verify prospective client contacts using internal tools, online databases, and public records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the company’s CRM system.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Support brokers with transaction-related tasks, market research, and scheduling.
- Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
- Represent the firm professionally during virtual meetings and occasional in-person events (as applicable).
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong research skills and ability to source or verify contact information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or fully remote environment.
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.
