We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep and curb appeal of multiple residential communities.
If you take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and running smoothly — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
• Maintain property grounds, parking lots, and common areas
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with unit turns and interior touch-ups
• Handle preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond to basic service requests
• Report larger repair needs to the Lead Technician

Qualifications
• Maintenance, landscaping, or general handyman experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
