Mobile Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled, self-sufficient Mobile Maintenance Technician who can move fast, solve problems, and get things done.
This is not a sit-around role. You’ll travel between properties daily, knock out service requests, and keep operations running without needing constant supervision.

What You’ll Do
• Travel between properties completing service requests
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Handle preventative maintenance without being micromanaged
• Turn units quickly and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and close out work orders daily
• Work with vendors when needed

What You Need
• Strong hands-on maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
• Confidence diagnosing issues on your own
• Ability to manage your time and workload
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Willingness to stay busy and productive
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
