We’re actively hiring a Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area. We’re looking to fill this role ASAP with someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day, from service requests to unit turns while working with a solid, fast-moving team.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Handle service requests and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready work
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and property checks
- Travel between multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area
- Work alongside team members and coordinate with vendors when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, handyman work, apartments, or similar
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay on task independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel between properties (typically within 1–2 hours of Raleigh)
