We’re hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in the Greenville area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours and hands-on work.
This role is ideal for someone reliable who can handle general maintenance tasks, service requests, and small repairs throughout the week.
Schedule
- 20–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on property needs
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete service requests and general repairs
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready work
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance issues
- Perform routine property checks and upkeep
- Coordinate with management on maintenance needs
- Occasionally assist at nearby properties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or similar
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
