We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to help with repairs and upkeep at our apartment communities in the Greenville area.
If you’re someone who can fix things, work independently, and wants steady part-time work with flexibility — we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities:
- General repairs (plumbing, electrical, light carpentry)
- Apartment turns (getting units ready for new tenants)
- Handling maintenance work orders
- Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions
- Traveling to nearby properties as needed
Requirements:
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience
- Able to work independently and manage your time
- Reliable and shows up when scheduled
